GM Diet Plan Vegetarian Diet Chart: My Daily Meal Plan Day 4
I cannot believe I’ve managed to stuck to the GM diet so far. By day 4 I usually start losing motivation and miss the delicious carb rich dishes. However, this time around I feel at a much better place and on Day 4 of the GM Diet ie the milk and banana day, everything went smoothly. Also, for my diet I rely on GM Diet Works and I’ve noticed that they have updated the diet since the last time I tried it. Earlier, you were allowed to have 6 bananas but now the number has been reduced to 4. Here is a breakdown of my GM Diet Chart for Day 4
My Vegetarian GM Plan Diet: Day 4 & Experience
Breakfast: I started the day with a bowl of curd made at home using skimmed milk. I added mashed banana to it and made it a point to have a glass of water as well. This kept me satiated for a good amount of time.
Lunch: I cannot have milk without bournvita or sugar and the diet suggested that milk can be substituted with buttermilk or curd. So for lunch, I had a glass of buttermilk with one banana. I avoided using salt but you can add some if required in your lassi/buttermilk.
Evening Snack: I don’t know why but I get ravenous by the evening. So I had a big bowl of the GM Wonder Soup. But instead of just capsicum, tomatoes and cabbage, I added more veggies to it. I added some salt and lemon to the soup to make it taste better though it still wasn’t that appetizing. The soup didn’t manage to ease my hunger so I had another banana.
Dinner: For dinner, I had banana milkshake (with no sugar) which tasted quite good as the banana’s natural sugar made it taste well. I also had another bowl of the Wonder Soup. I’m mentioning below the recipe of the soup since many of you asked for it.
GM Diet Wonder Soup Recipe
1/2 Bottle Gourd or Ghia
Boil the veggies in water. Since I wanted to have the fiber, we grind it in a food processor. However, if you would like to have the clear soup then strain the water, add salt, herbs and other seasoning. Other vegetables maybe added to this barring carrots and beans.
Like always, I managed to have 3lts of water but skipped working out today as I did not feel like it. And I know I mentioned that I will not weight myself until Day 7 but I just couldn’t resist. I’m so happy to update you guys that I’ve already lost 2kgs and reduced an inch from the waist 😀 This has boosted my confidence and I’m sure the remaining 3 days will pass like a breeze.
