The packaging is easily identifiable and since it is retractable it saves alot of product that is wasted during sharpening. The packaging is sleek, classy and travel friendly as the cap shuts tightly and you won’t need a sharpener while on the go.

Shade
The shade Persian Blue is quite a difficult color to describe. Its not a royal blue, navy blue or sky blue. Its something in between and has very fine shimmer which isn’t gritty and gives a jewel toned finish. Its the most unique color in my stash and I haven’t come across such a color in other brands yet.

Texture
The Faces Superlongwear Kohl has a very creamy texture which glides on easily. It does not tug or pull and the application is a breeze. I have used it regularly in this hot weather and never once did the tip break which is an issue I am facing with alot with my other eyepencils hence I find the texture absolutely PERFECT!

It is waterline safe and has never irritated my eyes. Usually I do not apply colored eyeliners on my waterline but since this is a kohl I tend to apply this alot on my waterline. Looks subtle yet pretty!

Pigmentation
The color pay off of Faces Superlongwear Kohl ‘Persian Blue’ is quite good. A single swipe gives a decent color pay off and 2 swipes give an opaque pigmentation. It shows up beautifully even on dark lids as well as the waterline. It could’ve been a bit more pigmented but I honestly have no issues regarding the pigmentation!

Staying Power
Once set the Superlongwear Kohl does not budge or smudge. It stays put on my eyelids for easily 7-8 hours though I have noticed the intensity reduce a bit after 5 hours. It is waterproof and needs a waterproof makeup remover or baby oil to be completely wiped off.

The price is a bit high but nowadays many brands charge this much for sharpenable pencils hence I really feel its a good deal.The only con I can think of is the availability and shades in this range. I did not find many websites stocking the Face Superlongwear Kohls and I really wish they introduce more shades in this range!

4) A pretty mid toned blue which is quite a unique shade

6) Lasts on and on. It easily wears upto 7-8 hours and even more!
7) Retractable packaging hence sharpening is not required

HBM Recommendation: Faces Superlongwear Kohl In Persian Blue is a very pretty and unique mid toned blue which looks very flattering on the eyes. It glides easily onto the lids, is well pigmented and stays put for the whole day. I am highly impressed with it and definitely recommend it!
