What is The Sirtfood Diet Plan about?
Sirtfood diet basically involves wonder foods rich in an element called polyphenols, which “switches on” the sirtuin. Sirtuins are a group of proteins known as Silent Information Regulators which boosts health, metabolism and delays the signs of ageing. Since it boosts the metabolism, it helps to burn fat and having a diet of sirtfoods leads to incredible weight loss.
The Sirtfood Diet: Chart & Meal Plan
The Sirtfoot diet is a two fold diet with first phase lasting upto a week. For the first 3 days, the calorie intake is limited to 1000 calories. It involves consuming 3 sirtfood green juices and one meal which consists of sirtfoods. From days 4 to 7, the calorie intake is increased to 1500 which consists of 2 sirtfood green juices and 2 sirtfood meals.
The second phase of this weight loss diet involves consuming 3 balanced sirtfood-rich meals each day, along with a “maintenance” sirtfood green juice for the next 14 days.

Sirtfood Green Juice Recipe
2 large handfuls kale
1 very small handful flat-leaf parsley
1 large handful rocket
2-3 large stalks green celery, including leaves
½ medium green apple
Juice ½ lemon
½ tsp matcha green tea
In a bowl, combine the kale, parsley and rocket. Add it to a juicer and grind until well combined. Next, juice the celery, apply and peeled lemon.Pour a small amount of the juice into a glass, then add the matcha and stir vigorously with a fork or teaspoon.
Once the matcha is dissolved, add the remainder of the juice. This can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
