As you all know I recently became an aunt to a healthy and a very naughty baby boy so my relatives have literally been pouring in from everywhere to congratulate us. I really enjoy having company over and when its family then nothing like it. Though its been resulting in me cheating my diet, skipping workouts and not giving as much time I would’ve to the blog but once in awhile its good to break your daily routine.

So, I recently went out on a girl date with my favorite cousin (you know the one that ALWAYS supports you and doesn’t let anyone pull your leg) and we had a long and beautiful afternoon full of good food, drinks and lots of chit chat. Throughout the day she kept complimenting my hair and telling me how beautiful my hair color looked with the curls. Indian Beauty Blog: L’Oreal Say Yes To Hair Color Campaign

I always liked my hair to be straight and sleek but after coloring my hair I prefer curls as it adds much more definition, shine and makes the color a lot more prominent. I am surprised how an easy hair coloring process I did at home in under 20 minutes flat has given me soft natural highlights which looks professionally done to many people!

I am loving the attention my hair has been commanding and it feels fantastic when people notice the new change, something as subtle as your new hair color and compliment you for it. My crowning glory finally feels like one and has given me so many khoobsurat moments which I’ll always cherish.
