Packaging
The new Faces Glam On Foundation is packaged in a sleek black plastic bottle with a regal gold screw on cap. The packaging is very light weight and perfect for travel which is a major issue with foundations due to faulty pumps or glass packaging. I also love the combination of black and gold. The Faces foundation has a small plastic nozzle which helps in controlling the amount of foundation you need. The only drawback is that the packaging is opaque hence you can’t tell when you might be running out of the product.

Texture & Finish
The Faces Glam On Prime Perfect Foundation has a thick and very creamy texture. It applies easily on the skin but you need to be a bit fast with the blending as it settles quickly. It does not settle into fine lines and definitely minimizes the pores like claimed. The new Faces foundation settles into a matte finish but it is slightly satin. What I’m trying to say is that it does not give a drying-matte or cakey finish. It controls oil and gives a healthy matte finish, making it one of the best foundations for combination-oily skin in India.

Shades
The Faces Glam On Prime Perfect Foundation offers 5 shades in its range. I was matched to 02 Natural which is a mid toned beige with a yellow undertone. I like this color better than the Maybelline Fit Me Foundation as its slightly more neutral and makes my complexion look less yellow. Most of the shades in the range have a warm undertone which will suit Indian complexion.

Coverage & Staying Power
The Faces foundation offers medium to buildable coverage. One of the main reasons that I love this foundation so much is because of the way it makes my skin look. It hides the pigmentation beautifully yet I do not look too made up which is common with a full coverage foundation. It covers dark spots and acne spots to a good extent but I still need to use a concealer to cover my dark circles. And incase you’re wondering, this provides much better coverage than the Maybelline Fit Me which is more of a go to foundation for daily wear.

The Faces Prime Perfect Foundation keeps my face shine free for 3-4 hours when topped with a pressed powder like the Faces Glam On Compact. It stays put for around 7-8 hours which is pretty good for daily wear as well as occasions and parties. I have worked out while wearing this foundation (don’t judge, was too lazy to remove it and go :D) and I can safely say that its waterproof as well. For the price, its one of the best foundations in India.
