GM Diet Plan Vegetarian Diet Chart: My Daily Meal Plan Day 6

Hey everyone,

So its Day 6 of the GM Plan diet and I’m this close to completing it 😀 I feel so good about myself and am quite elated to have stuck to it this time. Day 6 is similar to Day 5 and the only addition is the veggies. Unlike Day 5, there is no limit to the amount of beef and vegetables you can have. Since I am an eggetarian I followed the Vegetarian GM Diet plan for Day 6.

My Vegetarian GM Plan Diet + Vegetarian Alternatives: Day 6 & Experience

Breakfast: To start off my day, I had paneer, my favorite 😀 I did not want have eggs as I got bored of them on Day 5. Took a bit of olive oil, sauteed garlic & ginger then added the paneer cubes to it. Cook for a few more minutes and spice it up as you like. This tasted really good and was my favorite breakfast of the entire GM Plan diet!

Lunch: For lunch, I had brown rice cooked with moong dal, onion and tomatoes. My appetite like I mentioned before has reduced greatly and I had only half of what I could eat normally.

Evening: So, I didn’t really feel hungry but you know how moms are. She thinks I’m starving myself so she force fed me some cucumber and beetroot, the only raw veggies I eat 😀

Dinner: For dinner, I again had half a bowl of brown rice with some curd.

I only managed to have 2lts of water today which is not adequate but I’m still hoping for great results. The best change besides the loss of kilos has been the reduction in my appetite. I have always been a hungry bacha and and I can eat a good quantity in one go. But now, my portions are much more controlled. Day 5 and 6 of the GM diet were very easy so my advice would be to get through the first 3 detox days as it only get easier thereafter.

Tomorrow is the last day of the GM diet plan and I’m so excited to see how much I Iost in total. I can definitely see some inch loss from the waist so watch out for the update tomorrow. 🙂

  • The last time I took up this plan.. I ended up ordering fruit salad in a restaurant and it apparently came up with custard and all the efforts i took on day one were just gone!

  • Keep going girl! I've never tried GM diet because I never feel prepared for it but your post will motivate me. Good luck :)

  • I think you will be able to get through GM. It is good you did well on your first day. A job well begun is half done. Keep on motivating others too. Good luck.

I have tried water fasting. No food only water for 13 days straight and lost 7 kgs!!! I generally follow paleo diet so did not gain weight again.

  • good going!!! All the best to you! Be motivated and keep up the spirit...I am sure you will succeed in this. You are motivating me to start this diet...

  • Hell of a post. Wat control n hard work ya. May God give u strength. This sure is an effective way to lose those unwanted kilos.

  • Hi Lisha I have a question....so you say your hunger pangs reduced by day 3 as you didn't eat ur usual meals but tried the gm diet

But I am wondering why or how is not feeling hungry a good thing? Or is feeling less hungry sign or good metabolism? Pls answer I'm curious

I have very very low appetite......you won't believe what I eat and survive on everyday

But since I am commenting l will share it

    Breakfast. Tea. and 2 biscuits

Lunch. Noodles in soup......I mean chow mein noodles cooked in soup like soup noodles.....there r many days I skip even this

    Evening plain tea

Night. Rice lil bit of lentil soup(dal). Aloo ki sabzi or one boiled egg

This is no dieting but my usual diet

I feel hungry at times mostly not

    I m 5'4 and 45 KGS

So is this that my metabolism is good or bad

PS once upon a time I had large appetite then I got a week of food poisoning and didn't eat all week...that was some 12 yes ago

    • Hi Ria,

Its always a good thing have small portions but regular meals. Your diet is alarmingly inadequate. Since I am going through a detox I had to avoid certain foods but you must have a a balanced diet consisting of carbs, fat, protein and minerals.
If you do not feel hungry at all then I suggest you see a doctor who can help you out better!

    • Yes Ria, I totally agree with Lisha. You should immediately see a doctor first thing in the morning tomorrow. This is not at all a good sign. I had this problem a year or two ago, and the reports came out to be so-so horrible (Deficiency of vitamins). You are underweight as well for your height. Hope you get well soon, Love. Take care :)
