There is a little nip in the air as the winters approach us, quite early this time. This might come as a shock to many but I’ve never been winter person. I love wearing my flowy maxi dresses, cute rompers and shorts to too much prefer winters for a pair of boots 😀 Winters and the gloomy weather depresses me but I’m trying to make the most of the little of summers (err autumn?) still left in Delhi.
For today’s outfit post I chose to wear the most comfortable form of dressing- a maxi dress! My mom & I had decided to go to a mall to catch up on some Diwali shopping and I chose this stylish chiffon maxi dress which has a laidback vibe. Its quite different from the maxi dresses I already own as it has butterfly off shoulder sleeves which was quite in trend this season. This dress makes me feel like a butterfly and I almost named the post ‘I believe I can fly’ before I realized how lame that sounds!

I got the dress from Sammydress and have been a huge fan their collection for a long time. Its definitely one of my favorite international websites to shop from. They have a wide array of dresses, shoes, handbags and jewellery. Their collection is usually quite unique and suits my small frame perfectly. I have never had to get their clothing altered which is a big plus as alteration is a pain the the bun booty.
You all know my huge love for bows hence I paired the dress with a cute pair of multi colored bow earrings along with the a Daniel Wellington Classic St. Andrews watch. I showed you how well the DW watches compliment formal outfits here and they look equally good with casual outfits as well!
I recently showcased the amazing pieces I got in my Zotiqq Jewelry Subscription Boxes and I had been dying to play up with the beautiful accessories. The golden globe adjustable necklace is perfect to be paired with all sorts of maxi dresses and tank tops. I also wore a beautiful studded bow ring that I received in this month’s box. I carried my favorite black sling bag which BTW this is the same one I keep talking about discarding but its really close to my heart and I can never get rid of it, I guess. Though sling bags can’t carry alot but its my favorite type of bags as they do not tire out my shoulder or my arms for the matter. For this outfit, I wore a beautiful pair of beige flats with chrome detailing and I got an absolutely amazing deal at it! 😀

The weather might be getting cooler but I’ll try to warm it up with my long pending “summer OOTDs so pls bear with me till then! I am worried what I shall be posting in winters as the last time I wore a pair of jeans was umm ..5-6 years back! Yep I do not own a single pair of jeans anymore but I might just give it another go this year 🙂
