I am going to be bombarding you with alot of swatch posts this week as there have been many new launches in the market so please bear with me. Today, I have all the swatches of the new Lakme Gel Eyeliners which come in 7 shades. To be honest the first time I heard about them, more like the price, I wasn’t at all interested in the range but read on to know how it converted me and why I believe you need to atleast swatch them before making up your mind on it!

Lakme Absolute Gel Addict Liner Must Have Swatch: An intense and deep matte black which will be a favorite amongst many girls due to the intensity. One swipe gives a superb color pay off.
Lakme Absolute Gel Addict Liner White Delight Swatch: A matte white gel eyeliner. Again, this is also intensely pigmented and will easily show up on all complexions. Me thinks this would make for a fabulous eyemakeup base, similar to NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk
Lakme Absolute Gel Addict Liner Grey Ash Swatch: A metallic grey liner which does not look dull or flat. It has fine silver shimmer which looks gorgeous.
Lakme Absolute Gel Addict Liner Metallic Bronze Swatch: A bronze eyeliner with a slight khaki undertone. One of the shades that made me weak in the knees.

Lakme Absolute Gel Addict Liner Vine Yard Swatch: This is a beautiful deep aubergine color with a metallic finish. Such shades look extremely flattering on Indian women!
Lakme Absolute Gel Addict Liner Tenacious Teal Swatch: The most gorgeous teal liner ever! I think Inglot has an extremely similar shade which I have been eying since..forever!
Lakme Absolute Gel Addict Liner Deep Sea Swatch: A bright electric blue. Definite must have for the bold eyemakeup lovers!
The Lakme Absolute Gel Eyeliners have a very creamy and smooth texture with a really impressive color pay off. I have been bashing Lakme for its sky rocketing prices quite a bit but this time I feel the product is almost worth the price tag. The quality is truly top-notch and the shades in the range are droolworthy. I was badly tempted to buy atleast 2 but luckily for me they only had testers 😀

Being a eyeliner Fan I would have bought them all if they were little cheaper...Find them slightly overpriced..
I know how u feel. I was like 800 bucks? pfft never in a million years. but after swatching them I really felt like buying one!
my pick would be metallic bronze, vine yard and deep sea.. though i would look for these online for some discounds..price is definitely on high side :(

I am happy that finally there are colored eye liners in India.. But yeah for 800 o feel they are slightly expensive.. 600 would have made me buy it instantly but now I am in doubt.. :-P.. The colors are pretty n its hard to pick just one from the range..

Grey and Wine yard are so beautiful.. I have just two gel liners both in black.. Would love to try colored one too

I have vine yard and it actually comes up sheer in one swipe :/ Needs to be layered. Loved black and bronze. Gorgeous!
oh does it? These are swatched twice and the tester was just fine though grey ash was a bit uneven in the first swipe!
Ya thats what, you have to go over it 2-3 times. Dont get the color in just one. Also depends on how much u carry on the brush though.
then definitely not worth 800 bucks!
