Jabong has one of the most professional and easy to navigate websites. Everything is well categorized and might I add sub categorized. For eg. if you are looking to shop for a dress, you can search for it by brand, color, dress type etc which I must say makes the whole process much easier and less time consuming considering the huge variety Jabong has to offer.
I have recently become a fashion junkie and have been shunning shopping for makeup for a long time. However, I did check out their beauty section which is very well stocked. They stock a good number of brands like Lakme, Colorbar, Maybelline, Forrest Essentials, Victoria Secret etc. to name a few.
I decided to order this casual and chic Yellow Solid Skater Dress. I had initially ordered a different dress but I did not like the fit hence exchanged it. The first dress had reached me within 2 days of placing the order however the exchange piece took almost a week to reach me.
The customer care was prompt and initiated a refund for the first dress immediately after picking it up from my home. The quality and fit of the dress is PERFECT and the measurements were precise. It has a zip on the side and has this georgette blue belt which can be tied at the back in a bow <3 <3
Overall, I had a great experience shopping with Jabong and will definitely shop from them again. I’m already eying a gorgeous pair of pumps that I saw at a very tempting discount. The delivery was speedy, customer care prompt and the quality of my dress was top notch. Highly Recommended!
