Packaging
Like I mentioned in my previous post I have a love-hate relationship with these Street Wear Lipsticks. While they look cute and quirky due to the pop art packaging and is easily identifiable due to transparent cap along with shade sticker below but I absolutely detest the fact that the cap is loose and if you hold the lipstick by the cap it will either fall and break. Also, the bullet does not completely go inside I end up nicking the bullet especially when in a hurry.

Street Wear Lipstick 19 Pink Pirouette is a very misleading name for an orange lipstick! This is a true warm orange which isn’t too bold or bright yet perks up your complexion. It will suit all complexions be it light, medium or dusky! It can a look a little red depending on the pigmentation of your lips.

Texture & Pigmentation
The Street Wear Lipstick has a creamy and moisturizing texture. It applies evenly onto the lips without any tugging but settles into a semi matte finish. I found this a wee drying for my lips but since I prefer bright lipsticks in a proper matte finish, I do not apply a lip balm underneath.

Street Pink Pirouette is a little sheer on the first swipe but is easily buildable in 2-3 swipes. Its covers lip pigmentation to a good extent but those with heavily pigmented lips might require a lip pencil underneath for full coverage.

Staying Power
Street Wear Lipstick Pink Pirouette lasts a decent amount of time and much longer than Pink Persuasion. It stays put for atleast 4 hours after which settles it into a reddish-orange lip tint. The lipstick manages to survive small snacks and drinks but you will need to touch it up after a full meal.

1) A beautiful true orange which is bright yet isn’t ‘in your face’
2) Creamy texture and settles into a semi matte finish.
3) Decent pigmentation which is buildable
4) Good Staying Power
5) Comes in a huge variety of 24 shades6) One of the best affordable lipsticks in India

Cons
1) The packaging is a bit inconvenient as the cap is loose and since the bullet does not go inside completely I end up nicking it with the cap.
2) Not highly pigmented in one swipe
