Firstly I am very very excited to write for my very own twinny’s blog 😀 she forbade me to write this post as she was sure I would cancel out all her email subscriptions 😛 but I was adamant and so I did 😀
I was pretty sure of myself I would not buy Riri Woo 😛 but oh well the rose-gold packaging almost hurt my eyes when I went to snoop at the store and by chance a piece was there in stock and..the rest is history ^_^
And yes I do posess Ruby Woo its almost *identical* sister so had to do comparison swatches 😛

Packaging
The packaging oooooohhhh…way too sexy to ignore :’( Sexy rose gold shiny packaging with riri emblazoned and engraved on the bullet too! The packaging does attract too many paw prints if you ask me but..case dismissed! I can just stare at the case all day long!

The color is oh.so so similar to Ruby…once on lips even Rihanna herself would not be able to differentiate 😛 *okk fine..i know she must have better things to do -_- just saying!* it is a dark, medium blue toned red which makes my pout look very hot *if I may say so myself :P* and my teeth whiter 😀 I am totally sold and no..having no guilt pangs about getting a twin sister 😛

Texture & Pigmentation
The texture is typical retro matte from MAC and yes we know they drag and tend to be on the drier side and no, this is no exception…Does not emphasize dry lips or parch out lips *FYI I do not have very dry lips*
The pigmentation is mind blowing and a single swipe is enough to cover up anything and everything.

Staying Power
The wear time is the whole day 😀 that is to say 6-8 hours with minimal fading and no wearing off until completely removed!

Lets face it 😛 they are the same on lips! Deadpan same! But the tubes are different *duhhh* and the rose gold tube simply kicks ruby’s butt 😛 in hand swatches too there is a slight difference- ruby looks brighter and lighter while riri is a tad darker! But end of comparison right there! Baki sab same 😀

1) The packaging!!!!!!!! *look at the pictures peeeleej!!*
2) The 1 swipe full pigmentation!
3) The sexy dark blue toned red color in matte finish 😀

6) Does not accentuate dry patches

If the packaging ain’t enough for you to shell out so much more moolah then no! there is really no other reason to go for RiRi Woo over Ruby Woo!
And ohh poor ladies who bought RiRi in ordinary packaging ordering from abroad paying I believe around 1600 INR lmao xD 😀 😀 *here s a rude guffaw and very evil smirk for you :D*
